Obituary of Susie Dwyer

DWYER, Susie Alma- Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Saturday, February 5, 2005, Susie Alma Dwyer of Gander, formerly of Harbour Grace, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Edward 'Ned'; son: George and daughter: Catherine 'Kay'. Leaving to mourn five daughters: Doris (Jim) Scharpegge and Ruth Dwyer (Dave), both of Gander, Jean (Doug) Buchanan, Lower Sackville, NS, Pat (Terry) Oake, Gander and Susan (Joe) Howell, Mount Pearl; five sons: Gordon (Joan), Brampton, ON, Ed (Cheryl), Gander, Jack (Linda), Gambo, Philip (Joanne), Bramalee, ON and Terry (Connie), Langley, BC; daughter-in-law: Linda Dwyer, Hr. Grace; son-in-law: Peter Sheppard, Hr. Grace; a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers: Olsen (Doris) Noseworthy, St. John's and Jack (Betty) Noseworthy, Mount Pearl; one sister: Mildred Stone, Chamberlains; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE and from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the H.
