ROSE, Wilson - Passed suddenly away at St. John's on Saturday, July 24, 2004, Wilson Rose of St. John's formerly of Salmon Cove, age 64 years. Predeceased by parents: James W. and Clara B.; sisters: Julia and Blanche; brother: Cyril. Leaving to mourn: one daughter: Kim (Robert) Weir, Paradise; one son: Darren, Montreal; two grandchildren: Matthew and Samantha; two brothers: Edison B. (Shirley) and Ewart, both of Victoria; five sisters: Minnie (Bill) Piercey, North Sydney, NS, Bessie (Albert) Noel, Carbonear, Audrey (Garfield) Crowley, Western Bay, Edna (Allan) Lambert, Salmon Cove and Joslyn (Dave) King, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Tuesday, July 27. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the Riverside United Church and Cemetery, Salmon Cove. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Wilson Rose Memorial Fund.
