ASH, Hayward F. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, September 1, 2003, Hayward F. Ash of Carbonear, age 73 years. Leaving to mourn: wife: Agnes; one daughter: Christine (Harold) Fraize, Carbonear; one granddaughter: Erin; two brothers: Raymond (Ethel), Carbonear and Allison (Jackie), Ontario; sister-in-law: Margaret Bowman, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Thursday, September 4. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
