Obituary of Maurice Gladden

GLADDEN, Maurice - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, June 7, 2003, Maurice Gladden of Carbonear, age 76 years. Leaving to mourn: wife Gloria R.; three sons: Clifford (Liliana), Vancouver, BC, Donald (Marlene), Toronto, ON and Russell, Ottawa, ON; four grandchildren; Chiara, Sandro, Michael and Tracey; one sister: Audrey Edith (George) Tucker, Fort Erie, ON; step-sister-in-law: Penny (Richard) Rencken, South Africia; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 10 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Cremation to follow. A Private inurnment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23, Carbonear or to St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear.
