SLADE, Annie- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, Annie Slade of Broad Cove, age 90 years. Predeceased by husband: John C.; brother: Eric and sisters: Hilda and Lillian. Leaving to mourn, son: Eric (Rosann), Broad Cove; sister: Phyllis (Hubert) Trickett, Small Point; brother-in-law: James Slade, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Marjorie Penney, Salmon Cove, Elva Slade, Carbonear, Ruth Mercer, Bay Roberts and Geraldine Smith, Harbour Grace; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY. Funeral service to take place on Friday, April 18 at 2:00 p.m. from Ocean View United Church and Cemetery, Broad Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Ocean View United Church, Broad Cove.
