MILLEY, Edward- Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Wednesday, December 26, 2007, Edward Milley of Western Bay, age 90 years. Predeceased by son: Calvin; parents: Joseph and Emily; sisters: Florence and Dina; brother: Douglas. Leaving to mourn, wife: Hattie; two daughters: Florence (Sam) Green, Blackhead and Brenda (Ralph) Brookings, Western Bay; three sons: Malcolm (Frances), Western Bay, Wilbert (Linda), St. John's and Bruce (Bernadette), Western Bay; sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother: Malcolm Milley Sr., Western Bay; sister-in-law: Mary Kennedy, Western Bay; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay until 12:00 noon Saturday, December 29. Funeral service to take place at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church and Cemetery, Western Bay South. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
