SELLARS, George Winston- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, George Winston Sellars of Western Bay, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Jesse and Miriam; two sisters: Joyce Biggs and Shirley Tucker; brother: George; brothers-in-law: Len and Bob Matthews. Leaving to mourn: wife: Henrietta; one son: Robert, Mississauga, ON; one daughter: Danita (John) Nekoda, Scarborough, ON; three grandchildren: Candice, Toronto, ON, Nathan and Nicholas, Scarborough, ON; three brothers: Jesse (Cathy), Western Bay, Lloyd (Donna), Toronto, ON and Gerald (Gail), Carbonear; three sisters: Olive Crowley, St. John's, Daisy (Don) Saunders, Mount Pearl and Brenda (Tom) Mullins, Toronto, ON; sisters-in-law: Meda Havely, Emma (Bert) Goulding, Roberta (Dave) Holloway, Maude (Jack) Ralph and Marie Matthews; brothers-in-law: Claude (Maude) Matthews, Levi Matthews, Gary (Carol) Matthews and Max (Bernice) Matthews; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY with visitation hours on Wednesday, June 6 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., Thursday, June 7 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and Friday, June 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church and Cemetery, Western Bay North. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the McDowell United Outreach Foodbank.
