SMITH, Clara A.- Passed suddenly away at her residence on Sunday, May 27, 2007, Clara A. Smith of Victoria, age 73 years. Predeceased by husband: Ross; daughter: Bernice; brothers: Robert, Reginald and Lionel; sister: Bernice. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Della (Raymond) Trickett, Victoria; three sons: Tolson (Judy), Allan (Donna) and Bernard (Claudette), all of Victoria; six grandchildren: Dawson, Sheldon, Natasha, Allan Jr., Ross and Adrianna; five great-grandchildren: Leah, Bailey, Blake, Tyson and Madison; two brothers: Leonard Parsons and Richard (Marie) Parsons, both of Victoria; four sisters: Marjorie Clarke, Victoria, Robina Crane, Harbour Grace, Elva (Alfred) Penney, Carbonear and Dora (Winston) Bess, Victoria; sisters-in-law: Violet Parsons, Victoria, Alice (Earl) George, St. John's, Dorothy (Gordon) Webster, Clarenville, Olivine (George) George, Gambo and Sarah Phillips, Clarenville; brothers-in-law: Raymond Phillips and Hedley Phillips, both of Clarenville; special niece: Marjorie Penney, Western Bay; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Wednesday, May 30. Funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
