PARMITER, Catherine 'Katie'- Passed peacefully away at her daughter's residence in St. John's on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, Catherine 'Katie' Parmiter of Harbour Grace, age 95 years. Predeceased by her husband, Harold (1992) and five brothers. Leaving to mourn with loving memories and thankful for her long life are daughter, Betty (Eric) Patey and two grandchildren, Jeff and Karen; sister-in-law, Louise Murdy of Victoria, BC; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Ann Peddle, Harbour Grace; also a wide circle of other friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace with visitation hours by request of the family on Thursday, April 5 and Friday, April 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Hr. Grace.
