ROSE, Harold- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 26, 2007, Harold Rose of Salmon Cove, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Aseneth and William Rose; sister: Marjorie Button; parents-in-law: William and Sally Peach. Leaving to mourn, wife: Florence; son: Byron (Elizabeth), Salmon Cove; two granddaughters: Crystal and Kayla Rose; two brothers: Samson (Carol) Rose, Salmon Cove and William (Catherine) Rose, Carbonear; two sisters: Annie (Chesley) Squires, Old Perlican and Enid (Roy) Oldford, Port Blandford; two brothers-in-law: Harold (Diane) Peach, Salmon Cove and Morley (Katie) Button, Old Perlican; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Monday, January 29. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church and Cemetery, Salmon Cove. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove or to a charity of one's choice.
