HUNT, Mary L.- Passed suddenly away at her residence on Saturday, August 12, 2006, Mary L. Hunt of Harbour Grace, age 79 years. Predeceased by husband: Duncan, June 22, 2006; son-in-law: George Dwyer; brothers: Gerald Pike and Roy Pike; sister-in-law: Susie Pike. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Linda Dwyer (Lloyd Bussey) and Florence (Silas) Mahaney, both of Harbour Grace; two sons: Duncan (Janet Durocher) and Wendell (Carol), both of Harbour Grace; daughter-in-law: Dianne Hunt, Gander; ten grandchildren: Melanie, Shane, Danyelle, Christi, Jody, Duncan, Darrin, Denise, Wendell and Tammy; nine great-grandchildren: MacKenzie, Joel, Broc, Michael, Duncan, Jade, Cameron, Leah and Victoria; six brothers: Rendall (Mary) Pike and Art Pike, both of Harbour Grace, George (Grace) Pike, Harbour Grace South, Douglas Pike, Harbour Grace, David Pike, Carbonear and Lorne (Marie) Pike, Harbour Grace; three sisters: Joyce (Frank) Parrott, Harbour Grace, Violet (Bill) Sheppard, Harbour Grace South and Ruth (Ed) McCarthy, Harbour Grace; sisters-in-law: Florence Pike, USA, Una Pike and Marie Pike, both of Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace until 12:00 noon Tuesday, August 15. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.
