TAYLOR, Blanche E. 'Doll'- Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Sunday, March 26, 2006, Blanche E. 'Doll' Taylor of Bristol's Hope, age 83 years. Predeceased by husband Henry A., 1983, son Henry Jr., 1990, grandson: Paul Butler, 2002; son-in-law: Gideon Deering, 1995; sisters: Nellie Taylor and Susannah Forward; brothers: George Sheppard, William Sheppard and Reuben Sheppard; sisters-in-law: Frances Sheppard and Evelyn Sheppard. Leaving to mourn: one daughter: Lily Deering, Freshwater, Carbonear; daughter-in-law: Edith (Ches) Pye, Bristol's Hope; nine grandchildren: Phyllis Somers, David Butler, Judy Wareham, Lynn Butler (Dave Lambert), Ken Deering, Mandy Deering, Steve (Philomena) Taylor, Scott (Susan) Taylor and Doug (Joanne) Taylor, thirteen great-grandchildren: Terri, Christopher, Camryn, Andrew, Wendy, Jennifer, Michael, Kyle, Stephen, Robyn, Rebecca, Rachel and Victoria; two great-great-grandchildren: Amelia and James; a number of nephews and nieces as well as a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Thursday, March 30. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Coughlan United Cemetery Fund.
