UDELL, Dorothy S.L. 'Dolly' " Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, February 27, 2006, Dorothy S.L. 'Dolly' Udell of Carbonear, age 86 years. Prominent business lady of Carbonear and member of the Newfoundland Business Hall of Fame. Predeceased by parents: John and Mabel; brothers: Graham, William, John and Alec; sisters: Emma and Mary. Leaving to mourn brother: Harold (Bernice), St. John's; sister: Margaret Adams, St. John's; sister-in-law: Helen Udell, Carbonear; nieces: Marilyn, Jane (Phil), Elinor, Margaret (David), Janice, Joyce and Nancy; nephew: John; great-nephew Michael Winter; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Wednesday, March 2. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church and Cemetery, Carbonear. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethany United Church, Carbonear or the TCP Health Foundation.
